I'm pretty sure this has already been asked but I couldn't find it.. Where in the Royal App can you view Order History (and modify or cancel if necessary)? TIA!
However, I just noticed that most of the pre-purchases we made are somehow missing from my account history now, does anyone know if this is normal and should I be worried?
Through the Cruise Planner on the website there's usually an Order History where that's stored..but it depends if your cruise uses the new or old Cruise Planner format if that's where it lies.
She then sent me an updated order summary of all the things I've purchased to make sure if it doesn't show up in my order history I would at least have an email for proof...I'll have a copy with me if it doesn't show ...

Go into the CP on the website. In the dropdown menu under your initials you should see "order history." Yea i know that. I am specifically looking for that same info on the app
