TMB is a white solid that forms a pale blue-green liquid in solution with ethyl acetate. TMB is degraded by sunlight and by fluorescent lights. Used to detect hematuria as it turns blue in contact with hemoglobin.
There is also no alcohol in TMB (Soluble Substrate) so it is not flammable and does not require special handling for shipping. Unreacted TMB (Soluble Substrate) should be colorless or a very light-bluish-green prior to use.
Recommended for ELISA Ready-SET-Go!™ kits. eBioscience™ TMB ELISA Substrate Solution, 1x is a sensitive chromogenic substrate supplied as single ready-to-use solution.
Thermo Scientific Pierce 1-Step TMB ELISA Substrates detects horseradish peroxidase (HRP) activity, yielding a blue color (Amax = 370 nm and 652 nm) that changes to yellow (Amax = 450 nm) upon addition of a sulfuric o...
3 days ago · TMB Substrate is a one component system that is ready to use from the bottle, used for ELISA detection. Reaction between the substrate and immobilized horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugated secondary ant...
Our TMB substrate is supplied as a ready-to-use peroxidase substrate containing TMB in a mildly acidic buffer. Prior to reaction with peroxidase, the substrate should be a colorless to light bluish-green solution.
Use this reagent as supplied, no dilution or further preparation is required. In the presence of peroxidase (HRP, POD), TMB will be converted to a blue color that can be read at OD 650 nm. For Research Use Only. Not f...
TMB ELISA Substrate (High Sensitivity) is a ready-to use tetramethylbenzidine solution for ELISA applications.
3,3',5,5'-Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) is a chromogenic substrate suitable for use in colorimetric procedures which utilize horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates.1-4 These procedures include ELISA and immunoblotting.
